Modified type 24 pillbox with large embrasures (3ft x 2.5ft). It was built to defend the road exit to Pendower Beach. It is now in a partially demolished state - it appears that an attempt was made to blow it up and the top half and roof have collapsed onto the lower remaining half. The walls were 2ft thick, made of concrete blocks.
