Battle headquarters of Seaford Sub Sector of 'C' Sub Area. Cassini ref. 079235. Also, battle headquarters at differing dates of 4th Bn. Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry, 11th Bn. East Surrey Regiment. Cassini ref. 079236 and of 'B' Coy 6th Bn. Cheshire Regiment. The East Tower was probably also used as part of the headquarters as concrete walls and a roof have been inserted.
