Pillbox 22, according to documentary source and contemporary Royal Fusiliers' map. On a levelled site immediately behind the coastal cliff on the W of the bay. Hexagonal plan and concrete block walling. The concrete roof shows remnants of its turf cover (camouflage). Square embrasures. Scheduled as SM 15533, AI 147183. Currently in use as a fisherman's equipment store.
