Type 28A pillbox, approx. 29ft x 20ft x 8ft high (external), standing on large base approx. 18ft - 24ft wider than pillbox all round. Concrete roof 16ins thick; concrete walls 48ins thick. 2 embrasures in infantry section, 1 anti-tank gun embrasure and 1 infantry embrasure in main section. All embrasures now bricked up. Below the anti-tank embrasure, at floor level, are 2 small embrasures, now blocked up [their use not apparent]. Brick shuttering.
