Pillbox - type 22 derivative. Octagonal. Shutters still in situ. Complete on three sides, partially complete on five sides [?].

Polygonal brick-shuttered pillbox so overgrown it is difficult to make out its exact form. It is a variant of a type 22. Internal square brick central pillar. Doorway with embrasure over on E side. Metal hooks to fix camouflage survive on the exterior. Faces the canal - W. On private land. No access without permission.
