Minor amendments were approved (2017/09072/PA) and this report includes the related updated plans. The report records historic fixtures and fittings to be altered as part of the extension and renovations to the Listed Building at 66 Harborne Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B15 3HE. Reference is made throughout this report to the Method Statement compiled in response to Condition Number 04, which details and illustrates the permitted works (tatehindle 2017).
