Abstract:		 A survey of the fishponds and related earthworks were undertaken preparatory to discussion concerning a management agreement between the landowners and the National Rivers Authority. A desk based assessment and a programme of field survey was implemented. The documentary and field survey identified a number of areas of archaeological interest focusing upon the fishponds and their associated dams and leats. [AIP]
