Abstract:		 A watching brief and evaluation were conducted on the site of a proposed golf course and leisure resort adjacent to the existing Gleneagles Golf Course. Extensive areas of prehistoric activity were discovered. Subsequent excavations revealed circa 13 prehistoric roundhouses and an array of other associated features.
