Abstract:		 Archaeological recording carried out by Katharine Sawyer for the Council of the Isles of Scilly in June 2011 following the excavation of ground works for a timber shed at Old Town Workshop, St Mary's, Isles of Scilly. Evidence for previous use of the site, in the form of levels of tarmac and concrete, was recorded but there were no structures, features or finds which pre-dated the late 19th or early 20th centuries.
