Abstract:		 Historic building recording of a grade 2 listed house and ancillary structures, plus an archaeological watching brief on associated groundworks taking place between October 2008 and 2009. A number of alterations to the main house were identified during the survey with most of these taking place in the mid 18th-late 19th century.
