Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was carried out as part of a consideration of a planning application for residential development. Mechanical trenching found an undated feature pre-dating 13th century. In addition sherds of pottery from the medieval and post-medieval periods indicate that the site had been used for agricultural purposes.
