Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken at Dane Bank House Bolsover in advance of development at the rear of the property. This evaluation comprised the excavation of two trenches measuring 19m by 2m, representing a sample of 6% of the land to be developed. The trenches revealed no archaeological features.
