Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation carried out on c. 1.3ha of arable farmland to the east of Moreton Hall, Rushbrooke with Rougham, Suffolk, in advance of a planning application for a new school identified deposits dating to the Iron Age and post-medieval periods. The presence of two ditches containing assemblages of mid Iron Age pottery are further evidence of dispersed settlement activity in the area, adding to that previously identified in an earlier partial evaluation of the site in 2012.
