Abstract:		 An Archaeological Desk Based Assessment was undertaken by AB Heritage Ltd to support a proposed development at Hounslow Heath Golf Centre, Stains Road, Hounslow, London. The potential for the survival of below ground archaeological deposits is considered to be limited in extent due to past impacts within the boundary of the proposed development site that relate mostly to extensive gravel extraction from at least the Post-Medieval period through to the 1960's. However one area, in the south-west section of the central part of the proposed development site, between the River Crane and the mill stream, has the potential for the survival of below ground archaeological deposits as the impact is unknown.
