Abstract: |
The site is located between two neighbouring houses in a residential street that contains several listed buildings dating to the period of 17th Century and close to the site of a medieval and later 17th Century pottery kiln. A single trial trench (1.2M X 12.0M) was cut across the central axis of the proposed development (Direction North - South) to sub soil depth (70cm). The ground showed evidence of past disturbance and the deposits were a combination of 18th - 20th Century household debris. |
