Abstract:		 A substantial town house built at the turn of the twentieth century, notable for the quality and completeness of its internal fitting out, on a corner site overlooking Roker Park. It has been a meeting house since 1969. The building makes a positive contribution to the Roker Park Conservation Area, and is of overall high evidential, historical, aesthetic and communal value.
