Abstract: |
The meeting house has high heritage significance as a purpose-built late seventeenth century building, which has since been altered and extended. The building is no longer in use by the Quakers and has been in use as a library since 1995-6. The building retains some internal fittings (such as columns) and the vernacular architectural style is very much part of the character of Shipston-on-Stour. |
