Abstract: |
This report relates to a geophysical survey undertaken by SWAAG for the Long Preston Heritage Group as part of the Long Preston Big Dig with funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund. Magnetometry and resistivity surveys were carried out at two sites. Site 1 is a field including a mound and is located off White Croft Head Lane to the north east of the village. Site 2 is the site of a potential settlement and is located adjacent to Todd Styles on the south west of the village centre. |
