Abstract:		 This report results from a Desk-based Assessment of land to the rear of 3 Church Street, Ellesmere, Shropshire (henceforth 'the site'). It was undertaken for Mr Roy Everson of R and C Homes Ltd as a condition of planning consent (12/04578/FUL) in advance of the demolition of an existing industrial unit and the erection of 10 dwellings with altered vehicular access and car parking at the site.
