Abstract: |
Five linear trenches totalling 250m2 were placed perpendicular to the alignment of ridge-and-furrow cultivation identified through a geophysical survey. The trenches were positioned to target areas of geophysical anomaly. Evidence for ridge-and-furrow cultivation was recorded, and a small quantity of ceramic sherds recovered (15th -20th C date range). |
