Abstract:		 An archaeological desk-top assessment identified areas of activity ranging from the spot-finds of Palaeololithic hand-axes, through to the remains of a ploughed out Bronze Age barrow and the line of a Roman road. Mitigation strategies were recommended to prevent the line of the proposed road from damaging the archaeological resource. [AIP]
