Hand Specimen Description: | A hard, compact, fine to medium grained, bioclastic limestone comprising abundant crinoid fragments. It is poorly to moderately well sorted with a rough feel. The calcium carbonate content of this stone is more than 99%, while its iron content stands at 0.02%. |
