Metal plate attached to stone post, Chipping Norton iron plate design, erected by Burford, Ch Norton, Banbury & Aynho turnpike trust, 19th century. Inscription reads: // Chipping / Norton / 10 / Banbury / 2 / Miles //. Grade II listed by Historic England. Milestone Society National ID: OX_BFBA21. Last record: 2002.
