Description: Seven human skeletons were found in March 1870 while digging the foundations for a vinery. The skeletons were arranged in two rows, with the feet of one row at the heads of the others. "A short distance from this place was discovered a stone battle axe, commonly called a celt". It is not clear whether the latter refers to a stone axehead or a perforated stone battle axe.
