Description: Parish church constructed of flint and freestone wih some brick, the roof is of lead. The church consists of a west tower, nave and chancel in one, north and south aisles, north and south porches and a north vestry. The present church is not the first building on the site, the remains of the first church are probably represented by the earthworks and footings to the north of the present church. A second church, with the present tower at the west end, was built in the 13th-14th century. The church was rebuilt on its present plan in the late 15th-early 16th century. The church was restored in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
