Description: An early 18th century farmhouse, possibly incorporating late 17th century parts. The three storeyed farmhouse is constructed from coursed rubble with slate roofs behind a tall parapet which has inset ashlar panels. Comprising 2:3:2 bays, the centre three are slightly advanced and surmounted by a pediment with a date plaque reading "G.C.C./1880". This refers to a previous conversion for municipal use.
