Description: A villa and carriage house, now house and office, with attached railings. It was built between 1834-1838 with later additions and alterations. The buildings are of brick construction with painted stucco facades and Welsh slate roofs. The villa is of two storeys with an attic and basement and consists of two bays, that to the left slightly recessed and that to the right with a gable end to the street. To the right is the single storey entrance bay. To the left of the main house is a two-storey carriage house. This has a gable end to the street and has now been converted into an office.
