Description: Nineteenth century gardens and woodland at Albrighton Hall, much altered during the later 20th century. A drive passes north through the grounds and has a icehouse situated on one side. To the southwest of the house is a pond containing a small island and a boathouse. The 19th century formal gardens have been simplified during the early 20th century. The principal feature of the gardens is a terraced lawn with steps. There is also a rose garden and pergola. A programme of restoration, following the 19th century design, has been carried out since 1979. This has included regeneration of the woodland and lawned areas, herbaceous planting and re-establishing parts of the rose garden. A topiary garden has also been retained and restored. The park also contains a walled kitchen garden with greenhouses and lodges.
