possible site of Bridge, and chapel or mill, Dannonchapel

Description:  The bottom of the valley at SX 0412 8275 is approached by a group of holloways (site: 91703). There may have once been a bridge over the stream here, a link between Dannonchapel and Tregragon farmsteads. Other possible uses of this location perhaps include an early chapel site (often situated near holy wells and streams) or a water powered mill (a corn mill is recorded in the manor of Dawnant in c.1422 according to Maclean; 1879, 137).
