This file lists all the stratigraphic groups (whether archaeological features or the stratigraphic group deposits assigned to Interpretative Groups used in post-excavation. Interpretative Groups assigned on site were never entered into a database and so those numbers can be found in the paper archive. 
Included in this listing are the fields that describe the Interpretative Group. Please be aware that fields describing the Interpretative Group repeat their values for each stratigraphic group belonging to that interpretative group.

Should it be a requirement to produce a list with each interpretative group and its description occurring only once, construct a SQL Select statement using the Distinct keyword and exclude the fields Sitecode, FeatureOrSGDeposit and EntityID.

This file can be cross-referenced to Entities using the field EntityID.
