Currently the site of a modern showroom building and cleared buildings. This plot, shown in 1851 as the 'White House' a vernacular building (photograph on www.picturesheffield.com) was occupied by 1891 by the Anchor Brewery. This complex became absorbed into the Arnold Laver and Co. timber yard in the 20th century being shown as part of the 'Olympic Saw Mills' by the 1950s. Some large walls and gateways survive from this complex to give fragmentary legibility of this industrial site but all buildings have been cleared in the late 20th century.
