Probable social housing built between 1952 and 1967 in traditionally pitched roofed blocks of terraces. Distinct from earlier forms of terraced development in less rigid adherence to grid plans with more asymmetrical laying out of terraces in order to create a more broken street- scape. Large areas of open land left undeveloped in adjacent polygon (HSY2130). No legibility of earlier enclosed land, the semi regular patterning of which may me indicative of an evolutionary path from open field agriculture.
