A modern housing development on the outskirts of Blaxton. There was limited construction in the late 1960s and the majority of the southern half of the estate was built by 1983. The northern section presumably arrived shortly after. There are a mixture of housing types including short terraces, semi-detached and detached houses constructed around cul-de-sacs. Prior to this the land comprised fields with regular and straight boundaries indicative of parliamentary enclosure. They were enclosed from common land by the Finningley, Auckley and Blaxton parliamentary enclosure award in 1778. Legibility of the former landscape is invisible.
