A small commercial centre consisting of shops, post office, health centre etc servicing the needs of the estate. Probably constructed in the early 1960s at the same time as the estate. Prior to the building of the estate the area was occupied by Park Grange. Park Grange was a large detached residence that was built by Joshua Hawksley and was the birthplace of Samuel Roberts. Roberts made his money from Old Sheffield Plate and was responsible for the construction of the nearby Queens Tower. Park Grange is named on the Fairbanks plan of 1795. The grange was probably constructed shortly after the disparkment of Sheffield Park. Legibility is fragmentary as the name of the residence survives in the main thoroughfare of the Norfolk Park estate.
