Regenerated scrubland adjacent to Coneygree and Leeshall woods. This is the site of Lees Hall. The farm buildings were constructed in the 17th century and demolished c.1958. Prior to the farm buildings the area probably consisted of fields. Lees Hall has given its name to the adjacent woodland. An archaeological survey noted features, a pond and a terrace, that were probably associated with the farm. Legibility is fragmentary due to the surviving archaeological features.
