Now a private residence but used as a farm until recently. The farm buildings are much altered but retain an integral character. Parts of the fabric are believed to date from the early eighteenth century. Prior to this, the area was within Sheffield Park, a medieval deer park. The present day Manor Lane, along the edge of the polygon, follows the route of a road marked on the Fairbanks plan of 1795 and is probably the original route up to the Manor. Legibility is significant due to the survival of the farm and surrounding fields. Along with Manor Oaks and Manor Lodge, the buildings form a group presenting a rare insight into medieval and early post-medieval Sheffield.
