Many small (and some quite large!) examples of rock art have been re-located to museums or other protected locations. Although removed from their original context these provide an opportunity to view rock art close-up in more comfortable and more accessible surroundings. Note: Not all rock art panels are on display and it is advisable to check with museum staff prior to visiting.
