A carved area of outcrop with cup and four rings on W side with a groove running to the N. To the NE at a lower level is a cup and three rings with a faint groove running to the E. Erosion on S end away from motifs.

Beckensall Archive suggests the rock has been relocated but probing with a skewer suggests it may be bedrock.

Carr Hill means rocky. Frankham Fell may mean Franka's settlement. These names are not in old documents.
