Abstract:		 Evaluations showed that the earliest enclosures at East Linton probably dated to the Late Bronze Age, and that at Foster Law to the Early Iron Age. All three sites showed evidence of enclosure during the Later Iron Age, with evidence for recutting of ditches at Foster Law and East Linton, and the probable founding of the site at East Bearford.
