| Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at a proposed development site. Palaeolithic flints, a bronze age cremation cemetery and a medieval manorial complex had been recorded in the surrounding area. Neolithic pits and Roman pottery were noted at the latter site. During the evaluation, one struck flint and a sherd of medieval pottery were recovered. It was concluded that the proposed development would have no impact on archaeological deposits. [Au(adp)] |
