Abstract:
An archaeological evaluation was carried out and lay within the Hadrian's Wall corridor. An earlier desk-top assessment suggested that there might be the remains of the vallum and the military way within the site. The remains of the vallum, which were of great national significance, were recorded, but there was no evidence of the military way. [Au(adp)]
