Abstract: |
The site was in an area of archaeological potential. The area sustained a fairly active population through the prehistoric period. The Roman period saw activity in the form of trade. The prosperity of High Wycombe increased steadily through the medieval and post-medieval times but evidence for these periods was unlikely to exist due to modern developments. [Au(abr)] |
