Abstract: |
The evaluation followed a geophysical survey of the site and ten trenches were positioned to investigate the origin of particular geophysical anomalies and two control trenches were located to test for other possible archaeological features. The evaluation revealed features associated with the post-medieval history of the site, namely a wall, a stone wall and field drainage gullies. It was recommended that no further archaeological works were required on the site. [Au(abr)] |
