Abstract:		 An archaeological desk-based assessment was carried out. Documentary and cartographic research suggested a low potential for the presence of pre-industrial archaeological deposits, but showed the location of buildings associated with the bleach works on the eastern limit of the site. However, none of these buildings were extant and the site was densely developed with housing in the early 20th century. [Au(adp)]
