Abstract: |
Assessment, comprising desk-based survey, ground reconnaissance and geophysical prospection was undertaken on land proposed for development adjacent to KSR International Works at King's Cliffe. The application area was found to contain cropmarks of unknown date and function although magnetic anomalies identified during geophysical survey appeared to be associated with surface spreads of ironworking slag. The extent of former quarrying was also identified. [AIP] |
