Abstract: |
The historical and cartographic evidence indicated that the majority of the site had been an integral part of Barking since at least the 15th century. Evidence of occupation was evident from the 15th century to the present day, although it was difficult to ascertain whether the entire development site was the focus of settlement in the past.
