Abstract:
An archaeologiocal watching brief was undertaken during the topsoil stripping and excavation of foundation trenches relating to the residential development of the site and was undertaken in order to fulfil a condition upon planning consent. This revealed a scatter of post-medieval and modern debris. No earlier finds were recovered and no archaeological features, other than the bank of an old field boundary, were observed. [Au(adp)]
