Abstract: |
An archaeological observation was undertaken during the stripping of overburden across the site, which was within the suburbs of the medieval town of Warwick, in order to fulfil a condition upon planning permission for the erection of 44 dwellings and associated features. No evidence for any activity pre-dating a 19th century tannerey was revealed. [Au(adp)] |
