Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken at the site between 2003 and 2005. A possible Late Saxon post built building was recorded, along with remains for a pre-Augustinian foundation church and a number of associated cist graves. Structural remains associated with the medieval abbey and associated burials were also recorded. [Au(adp)] |
