Abstract: |
Five features were observed and examined during a watching brief at Fidler's Lane, including three interpreted as tree holes. The remainder were all of late post-medieval date. A single sherd of medieval pottery was recovered from a post-medieval ditch. The results of the watching brief substantiated the limited archaeological potential evidenced by the earlier evaluation.
