Abstract: |
The evaluation of land at Grangecroft Quarry identified two subsoil features of archaeological origin: a pit containing later prehistoric worked chert and a post hole of unknown date. There was also evidence of disturbance that may have been associated with previous quarrying activity. The site was considered to have some potential for the survival of further localised archaeological deposits. [Au(abr)] |
