Abstract: |
Monitoring of groundwork at the site showed that the standing mid-19th century building rested on early 19th century levelling deposits overlying the outer face of the rampart of the medieval city defences. The construction of the building and the groundwork did not impact on the rampart structure. [Au(adp)] |
