Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried out at the recreation ground, Fladbury in advance of building work. The development affected the site of an Anglo-Saxon find, a brooch, similar to an example dated to the 6th century. No archaeological deposits were observed, although a piece of worked flint was recovered from the topsoil.[AIP] |
