Abstract: |
Observation of groundworks for a new cottage on a site within the medieval suburb, previously evaluated in 1999, took place in April 2000. This revealed some undated gullies and pebbled yard surfaces, 18th/19th century gravel pits, a brick tank and a 19th century gully. The only medieval material found was residual pottery. [Au] |
