Abstract:		 A watching brief was carried out during groundworks at the site of a residential development, athough some excavation took place without archaeological observation. Chance finds of prehistoric and Roman material had been made in the general vicinity of the site. During the watching brief, no evidence of archaeological significance was observed. [AIP]
